Integrate with HubSpot help desk tickets
My organization uses HubSpot as our CRM and help desk. Our customer-facing teammates do not have access to YouTrack. Is it possible to integrate HubSpot and YouTrack so that
- HubSpot support tickets link to YouTrack issues
- All teams have visibility on the issue related to specific customers
- Create reports showing these issues and their status
If this is not possible natively, is it possible to use Zapier to achieve any of this?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a built-in integration with Hubspot. You can use our REST API to build your own integration, though.
As for Zapier: please feel free to vote for this request.
