Integrate with HubSpot help desk tickets

My organization uses HubSpot as our CRM and help desk. Our customer-facing teammates do not have access to YouTrack. Is it possible to integrate HubSpot and YouTrack so that

  1. HubSpot support tickets link to YouTrack issues
  2. All teams have visibility on the issue related to specific customers
  3. Create reports showing these issues and their status

If this is not possible natively, is it possible to use Zapier to achieve any of this?

Hi!

Unfortunately, we don’t have a built-in integration with Hubspot. You can use our REST API to build your own integration, though.

As for Zapier: please feel free to vote for this request.
