Comment order
We want to sync comments between jira and youtrack. For this we need to be able to insert comment from jira before another comment in youtrack. How we can do this? May be REST or DB direct access?

we've just checked, import with JIRA should work exactly the way you describe, i.e. the comments from JIRA that were made before YouTrack comments will be imported in the correct chronological order.
