Email notifications are not working
We have stand-alone YT installation, one project and two users.
First user receives all notifications to his email, but I recieve nothing.
I receive email in case when I click on 'Send test message' in my profile settings page.
On filters and notifications tab I have all checkboxes checked.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Thank you for leaving your question and sorry for not responding earlier, we just started community from scratch here, so your question was missed because of configuration.
On what event would you expect receiving notification? Could you please provide me with the screenshot of the issue's History tab and the screenshot of your Filters and Notifications tab? You may send them to youtrack-feedback@jetbrains.com
I expecting notifications for all changes, except mine.
Where I can find issue`s History tab?
