Manually set a reporter for an issue
Hi folks,
I created several issues on behalf of the reporter for a project, but now I'm set as the reporter of the issuse. I have several notifications, example: when the state of the issue is set "To be tested", the reported will be notified. As you can see this should be another user and not me (the developer).
Is there a way to manually set the reporter for an issue?
I searched in YouTrack, the docs, the forum and Google but I couldn't find anything.
Thanks in advance,
Rav

Hello,
No, currently there is no way to cange reported of issue.
But since YT 3.0 there is feature "Star on behalf of" - open Issue Full screen, goto Watchers pane from the left. You can Star issue for some user and he will be notified about all changes of the issue (Accordingly to his notification preferences).
Sergey.
Thank you for the quick reply. I will star the issues on behalf of the user.
