War File for Version 3.0

Hello.  I'm wondering if you plan to post the .war for version 3.  I can't use the exe because I already have a tomcat server that I use (tomcat 7.0).  If you could tell me where I can download the war or let me know when it may be available that would be great.  Thanks a lot!
