We are using YouTrack for our developers and SugarCRM for all the customer related stuff. So we saw a need to connect both and implemented the connector.
We just released version 1.0.3 of the advanced version which is available at our online store: http://shop.telematika.de
A new feature was added: You are now able to use a simple import function to initially import all the youtrack issues for your configured projects into your sugarcrm bug tracker.
Right now you should only use it once. Stay tuned for more updates. :-)

* Import more than 10 issues per project. ;-) Right now limited to 1024 issues per project.
* Avoid creation of bugs with duplicate youtrack issue ids.
