Impossible to create a new Hosted YouTrack instance?

I just registered to get a YouTrack instance and I got that message:

Not enough resources to create your YouTrack instance. Please, try again later.

I would like to try YouTrack for KnowledgeBlackBelt.com (aka JavaBlackBelt). Is it possible?
