Possible to display field names on New Issue page?

Hello,

Is it possible to display the name/title of fields when on the issue creation screen? (See an example in edited screen shot)

Thanks very much for the pointer to the appropriate issue. Do you have any idea on when this change would be available, maybe in an upcoming EAP release?

Unfortunately it likely won't be done in upcoming release, but most likely it will be included to next 4.x releases.
