Agile Scrumboard visibility

Agile board is being shown for users how have read access to project issues.
So if you'd like to hide board, revoke read access to issues for certain users.
But in this case such users lose access to issues list too.

Can i raise a new feature request then, to allow access to the issues list, but prevent access to the agile board.
