youtrack-remote-api-2.2.2.zip download is broken

the .zip file you are mentioned is quite obsolete...
Are you running YouTrack 2.x?

I've fixed link,it should be available here now:

If you are running YouTrack 4.x you should use library from here:
http://www.jetbrains.com/youtrack/features/import.html

I use version 4.0.3 was mislead by documentation here

And didn't noticed github links on feature page.
