Issues not shown link in agile board does not resolve to any issues

I get this message in the board

"12 issues with their subtasks are not shown on the board because they don't have matching states in any column.
To see these issues, change their states to those shown on the board."

But when I click the link it shows no issues. I'm offered the global context and when I click that link the 12 issues are listed. But why is this? I have only one project and all those issues are in that one project.

Hello,

Could you please provide us with some more details about your issue:
What version of YouTrack are you using?
What field to identify sprints are you using?
Is it "Fix version"?  How many sprints do you have?

youtrack 4.0.4. The field used for sprints is "Fix Versions". We have two sprints for two of many versions.

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce the problem.
Could you, please, upload your database to our ftp://ftp.intellij.net/.uploads/

Sorry for the late reply. I figured out the (user==me) problem. I did not have the Submitted state included in the board. We don't make a distinction between submitted and open. If an issue is assigned a version then it is considered open, otherwise not. Adding submitted to the board now shows all issues.

I supposed I will have to modify the workflow to set the issue to open whenever an version is assigned.
