agile board usage

i'm pretty new to youtrack, but i've got (as far as i can tell) three identical issues logged. Only one of these is showing up on the agile board. Is there some common gotcha at play here ? They all have state open so i thought that'd make them show up.

I think where it says "Unscheduled" you need to specify which sprint that issue is part of.

But they are all unscheduled, and one of them shows up just fine ?! On the agile board, the sprint selector (top left) says "unscheduled"

Even more annoyingly, on the agile board there's four state columns, the left one is "open" and it's clickable. It says "Open (1)" but when i click it all three issues show up ! wtf ?!

For example, why does issue 26 show up in the agile board, but not 42 ? Every attribute on the two tickets is identical except priority (and i checked, setting that the same does not matter). Even more dumb, i got to the screenshot of the two tickets by clicking the "in-progress(1)" link !
