Agile board page is not working

Hi,
in my free account the Agile board is not working at all. I mean the page is not loading (message: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage).

I want to try the features of Agile board but by now it is not possible.

Could you look at it?

Hello Martin,
could you please clarify the problem? Do you use hosted or self-hosted version of YouTrack? What version of IE is installed on your computer? What exact message did you get (please attach screenshot if possible)?

Hi Alexander,
that is strange, the Agile board was working fine for me till yesterday noon (IE 9). I'd tried mobile IE 10 - same problem. After your message I've also tried Firefox and it is working!! I'm using hosted version.

Thanks for advice. I will use Firefox, but still some issue is there.

Martin, it's pretty strange. What is the name of your instance? We should check logs.

Sorry for misleading information.

Just for my project "Design-pokus (DES)" -  http://mtrneny.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issues/DES the Agile board is not working (IE 9, mobile IE 10, Firefox). Other projects are working fine.

So there has to be some issue in my project DES.

Hello, Martin!

There is a workaround for the problem:
1. Go to Administration -> "Design-pokus" project, Fields tab.
2. Check "Can be empty" for "Sprint" field.
It should helps.
