Error - Failed to retrieve RMIServer stub

I start the project in debug,

I have java jdk 1.7 and tomcat 7.42

Application Server was not connected before run configuration stop, reason:
           java.io.IOException: Failed to retrieve RMIServer stub: javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is java.rmi.ConnectIOException: error during JRMP connection establishment; nested exception is:
           java.net.SocketException: Connection reset]

I cant find anything on the web :(

Please, clarify on which OS and how did you install YouTrack (war, jar)?
Did you follow our instructions ?
