custom domain with YouTrack inCloud does't take effect.

Hello,

I set my YouTrack inCloud instances' custom domain url to http://issue.twitter4j.org/youtrack

The document says it'll take one hour to get it reflected.
But the custom domain doesn't work for the last several days.

As far as I can see, custom domain works correctly.
