Issue Cloning question

Creating a tool to clone an issue and all the sub-tasks as this is not supported yet. However I am not seeing a simple way to get back the cloned issue id. I issue the command "clone" then what is the best way (i.e how the YouTrack UI pops up the message with a link to the cloned issue) to get this?

** I am using YouTrackSharp to interact with YouTrack.

So no one at JetBrains can tell me how you guys get back the Issue Id when you pop it up after doing a clone in the UI?
