Disable Mailbox submitted comment notification
We may have back and forth in emails that I want youtrack copied on (in order to retain the text as comments) but users don't want an email notification from youtrack every time they reply to the thread. Is there a way to turn off the mailbox submitted comment notification completely?

The case looks like, users reply to email notification about <developer>'s comment and receive an email notification about own comment, right?
In general, users may disable this under their Profile> Filters and Notifications> uncheck 'on comment added' trigger in front of target saved search, but this will disable notifications on all comments (including developers'). I guess, it's better to leave trigger checked. Though your case is understandable and looks like feature request.
