What users can be specified as "Mapping Maintainer" in "TeamCity Mapping" in YouTrack-TeamCity integration?
I've configured YouTrack-TeamCity integration to automatically set 'Fixed in Builds' field. However currently I can choose only my own account in "Mapping Maintainer" combobox, so the changes will be performed from my account. I would prefer to use a separate account for that. Can I create a new account and specify it as 'Mapping Maintainer'? Does this account need to have admin permissions for that?

Yes, the intelligent scenario is to have a special user, let's say 'TeamCity user' with admin permissions that will be set as Mapping Maintainer.
Check that you have Read/Update user permissions to select users from drop-down.
