How to delete a subsystem?

While updating my project during ticket grooming, I found no way to *delete* a subsystem I no longer need - I have assigned all issues that were assigned to that subsystem to another one, so it's no longer referenced and I want to get rid of it.

Is this possible from the UI, or maybe resort to the REST API? (but it should be really possible from the Admin UI...)
