Can time tracking updates be locked after a certain date?
We are shopping for a project management / time management system. We want to be able to tie time to project tasks, but we also want to be able to print time reports for invoicing purposes. Therefore we need to be able to lock time entry at a certain date. This way time can't be changed after customers were invoiced. Does you track have any functionality to meet this need?

You can implement this behavior using workflow: check if the issue field contains information about the invoice and prohibit adding new work item attribute.
