Mailbox Integration: Customization of Notification Emails
Hello,
I tried to find if it possible to customize the notifocation emails for automatically created issues. When an email is sent to custom email inteegrated mailbox an issue is created and a notifcation email is sent to the sender. Currently, the notofcation email looks like this:
Dear <sender_name>,
From your message we automatically created the issue <ISSUE-NUMBER> in our bug-tracking system.
To edit, comment or watch the issue's progress, you may need to log into the tracker.
As a reporter of the issue, you will receive further notifications about any updates for your issue. All notifications will be sent to your e-mail address registered for the account. If do not want to receive notifications, you can disable them in your user profile.
Is there any options to customize this message?

Hi, for now it's not possible to customize a text of a notification email.
Yes, you can disable these notifications in Profile-> Filters and Notifications-> Saved searches. This particular notification can be disabled by disabling "on issue created" option.

Thank's for your answer. I cant get it to work, my settings has no effect on the "From your message we automatically created the issue..." e-mail that is sent to the creator. It only affects the mail the mail that is sent to me when issues is created on any of my searches.
