Lost admin password

Not sure how this has happened but I am unable to log onto my YouTrack instance. I'm the only admin on the system so I need to be able to reset the password if I can.

I've tried to reset the 'root' password by passing -Djetbrains.charisma.restoreRootPassword=true parameter to the windows service but I get this:

 Can't unban user due to license restrictions.

So the next step was to buy a license however it appears that I can only add the license if I log in as admin.

Is there a way out of this loop?

What Youtrack version do you use? Could you please attach log file?

We're using Version 3.04 (I'm upgraded from an earlier 3.0.x version yesterday).

I've attached the error.log file with entries for the last two days (is this what you needed?)
