Send notification on new\modified issues to special email

Hello,

Could you help me setup notification on new or modified issues to specified email.

We have special DL for all team and would be great to have notification about new issues.

I have read your manual but could not understand how to do it.

Hello Eduard,

For your case, I'd suggest the following:

Create a user account with this email address. Please note, that this user should have permissions to read issues in the target project, and should have permissions to create/update saved search. I'd suggest to assign default 'Developer' role in the target project to this user.
Log in to YouTrack using this account and create a saved search, e.g. 'project: MyProject'
Open this user's profile, and switch to 'Filters and Notifications' tab.
Check that email notifications are enabled.
For your saved search, select the check box in the 'on issue created' column.

That's it, now each time a new issue matching your saved search is created, you will receive notification on the specified address.
