How can one have 10 users and 50 reporters?
As per the cloud details they are giving subscription as one can have upto 10 users and 50 reporters. So can please someone help me with this as it is creating confusion between users and reporters.

Hello Himanshu,
User is a type of user account with a full set of permissions. You can configure these set of permissions jsut the want you want. User accounts are intended for your internal users: developers, QA engineers, managers etc.
Reporer - is a type of user account with limited set of permissions, such as read\ view isse, report, comment, vote, watch etc. Reporter accounts are intended to be used for your external users, so they can register and perform the basic operation they normally do perform.

So, in short I can have a total of 60 people using youtrack with 10 people having USER RIGHTS and 50 people having REPORTER RIGHTS.
Am I correct?
