Connect with Cisco Jabber Server

Hi,
we have an Cisco Jabber server in our company. And i try to connect youtrack with that jabber server.
Did you know how to ?

I'am set the ip adress and the port 5222. As User Authentification is set the same user with password as used in the cisco jabber client. My IT departmanet are not able to help me.

It shows:

SASL authentication 
conflict(409)

Which can mean that you are already connected to this server with this account and server doesn't allow to connect multiple times.
Also can you tell me please, which jabber resource name (alias) do you use on server?

Hi,

thanks for your reply!

I switched off my Jabber Client Application and connect youtrack with my credentials (single connect) without success.
Did you know how can i retrieve the alias of our jabber server ? Did you mean the server name or the jabber service name ?
Our IT Department did not know about any alias or service name. The tell me the Computername and IP-Address :-)

Sorry, my bad. I meant Jabber service name of course.

Yes it was the same error (409). Regarding the service name -> we use only ipaddress ... this is the statment from my it-department

As I can see this error is shown only if someone else is logged in within the same login. Here is a statement form documentation:

409 error can occur if someone is already in the group chat with the same nickname

We will try to reproduce same problem on our environment.
