State Operation Missing and workflow error

I am having some issues with the workflow editor 4.2 build 5891. The first issue is that the State Operation is missing. I have used ctrl+space and it shows no such operation. We haven't made changes to the default state bundle, as far as I know. The only change is we have made custom State bundles for specific projects.

I am also receiving the error below in workflow editor. Could this be caused by the custom state bundles mentioned above?

Workflow Editor Error:
"Can't download custom fields schema
java.lang.NullPointerException"

Sorry for not responding earlier.
Speaking of error message you are receiving, we have a similar issue http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-19057 , it's currently investigated.
Regarding State operation, I recommend you to play with your custom State bundles, because such behaviour reproduces when field type cannot be resolved. Do you experience similar problems with other fields' operations ?

The current fields I am experiencing problems with are Timer time, Timer, and Spend Time. Spent Time worked last week but when I went back this week to refine the workflow it didn't recognize the command.

Please provide the error message.

If you're trying 5.0 please upgrade it to the latest version. The similar request JT-20120 has been fixed recently.

I am still on YouTrack 4. I didn't realize there was a version 5.

Timer time error message is:
Error: No reference in role "fieldDeclaration" (declared cardinality is 1)

YouTrack 5.0. EAP is available.

Most likely this error appears in the Workflow Editor. It seems that the fields 'Timer' or/and 'Timer time' aren't attached to a project the workflow 'jetbrains-youtrack-standaloneWorkTimer' is attached to.

Please check this suggestion and download workflows and custom field schema into The Workflow Editor again.
