mailbox integration question

Hi,

I'm fairly sure the answer is no but I'm gonna ask...  do the post processing commands have access somehow to the e-mail body?  I've been asked to implement something where certain ticket fields are filled in from values that would be in the e-mail body...

Unfortunately, you are right. It's not possible.
I would like to suggest you an interesting workaround using workflow. We currectly create it and we'll be happy to show it to you very soon.

Interesting - maybe something that on creation reads from the description and populates ticket fields from it?
