Addind attachments from work

Hi Andrey,

unfortunately there isn't a simple way to manipulate by the issue attachments. Workflow (since 5.0) gives the access to the collection issue.attachemnts but it mostly allows to read attachments but not modify. Please look at the JT-17471 and JT-21316.

Also please consider the action "clone" that can be invoked from workflow - it copies all issue properties and attachments as well.
