Users can't see new projects they are assigned to

I have a particular group called "GroupA" and I have approximatly 9 projects assigned to this group but currently those members can only see the first 5 projects which are assigned to them.

How do I allow this Group/Users to see all of the projects?

I'm on the InCloud 15 users/$20 per month plan.
