How did you modify the bundle for the Fix version custom field? Please, provide me with steps what did you remove/add to your bundle.

the system was in its default state; we had added some issues doing little other than setting state and assignee. we finally got around to customizing things a little bit, we removed the default build and version fields, opting for a Single version field called Version. after that, my agile board screen was broken rendering only the text in the subject.

this is what my fields config looks like.

after digging more it seems as though it was broken because the workflow config had problems. i suggest throwing up an alert when altering items that will break the workflow. problem resolved.
