Creating a workflow that clears assignee on move to a certain state

Hi,

I'm looking to make a workflow that de-assigns tickets whenever they move to the "Ready for code review" state. The idea is that the assignee during development will never review their own code, and therefore the system might as well clear them from the ticket automatically so we don't forget.

I'm still not proficient enough in the workflow syntax to do this easily, so I'd appreciate any tips for this.
