Many times [error] in notifications

Every notification has at least two [error] strings inside of them, and some have many more. We haven't touched notification templates. Do you we need to? Is that the problem? See attached.

Hello Vinz,

We have an issue. It's already fixed and will be released with the nearest update, this week.
Currently, as a workaround we can restart your instance, it'll fix the problem.
