How do I change the sort order in a column in an Agile Borad?

I would like to change the sort order in a column in an agile board.

It is used in more of a Kanban scenario rather than scrum.

I would prefer to either manually sort the items or be able to sort them by priority.

I'm have looked everywhere and read the documentation but not found any solution. Any tips or ideas?
