Restoring Incloud 5.1 -> stand-alone 5.1

We are trying to restore a InCloud database (youtrack 5.1) to a stand alone(downloaded the latest version from the site) and getting this error:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Your database was touched by YouTrack build 8513. Downgrade is denied, please restore your database from backup.

Sorry fir the delay!
Please, provide me with your InCloud instance name.
We'll fix the problem, that is you'll be able to download backup once again.
