Can't login to youtrack.jetbrains.com: No current principal

Not sure if this is the right place for the question but I'm having issue logging into the bug tracker of IntelliJ.  After entering my username and password I get the "No current principal" message which is totally meaningless to me.  With an incorrect username or password I get the "Can't authorize you by the given credentials".  Any idea what's going on here?

Hi Sergey, now the login works.  Maybe it just took an abnormal long time to get the newly created account setup.
