Create users from CSV or other
I need to import users from a CSV file, or any simple text file, in YouTrack inCloud.
I have quite a bunch of user to create and this would save me a lot of time.
How can I do that?

I just want to import users, no issues, or comments.
Just a list of email addresses and names, and set some default temporary password, maybe also assign them to a default group.
Should I really learn Python to do so? It would takes less to manually add them.

You may provide us with the list of users with their credentials, we then create a script for you, using our REST API.
You may just send us a txt with the list.

Our company also has the requirements to create the reporter in our helpdesk center via user name and email address? YouTrack provides the guide the create the reporter via online form or submiting a ticket through emai. we need to provide the traditional way to let the user register as the reporter in HelpDesk Center. Would you pls show me how to do it? thanks a lot.

Registration is only available to standard users, but you can create accounts for reporters manually or invite them into your instance. Would that suffice?
