Allow developers to link to VCS repositories

Hi,

Is it possible to allow a non-admin role to register VCS repositories from Bitbucket to YouTrack?
For us it is the only admin feature that our development team would need. I looked for individual permissions to assign to a role but couldn't find this one to assign to the development team members role
