Helpdesk view for clients - Just "My tickets" and "Knowledge base"

Hello,

Can anyone explain to me how I'd achieve this view for my clients?  (Note the “My tickets” and “Knowledge Base" links.
 


I have a web form as a Channel, yet YouTrack Cloud they see all of this.

Hi,

I'm Sergey from the YouTrack team.

The view in question is for the logged-in Reporter-type users only. In your example, you are logged out, so you see the view for unauthenticated users (guest).
