Automatically add tickets to the Agile Board from the Helpdesk Project
Hi community heroes,
I created a helpdesk project and created the agile board associated with it.
I would like all new tickets submitted from the Online form to automatically appear on the board as backlog items.
How can I do that?

Do you want to add only those tickets submitted via online form, and not via email? In this case, there is no specific search that can return only such issues, I'm afraid.

I want to add all tickets, regardless if they come from online form and emails.

Yes, it is doable then: just select the Automatically add new issues option in the board settings to add the issues directly on the board. And, of course, you can edit the backlog search to match the needed issues.
