Send Message to Agent, when he has been assigned to helpdesk ticket

Hello,

I wonder, how to set up a workflow to send Message to an agent, when he has been assigned to helpdesk ticket.

I don't find a trigger in the visual workflow builder.

I would be happy for any hint.

Hi Marco. Here is how you can set that up in the visual constructor:

Normally, agents are subscribed to the event of a ticket being created with their assignment, as well as to updates in these tickets (so creating a special workflow is usually not required):

You can check if that is the case in the user profile > Notifications.
