additional fields in user-accounts

Is it possible to generate additional fields in the reporter dataset?

I want do enter a telephone number in the reporter to get easier in contact with him.

Custom attributes are displayed in user profiles. This is how it looks in practice:

The “Phone” type can be selected when you create the attribute:

Hi Marco, custom attributes are available regardless of the user type. That means you can add a “Telephone number” custom attribute and fill it in in the profile of a ticket reporter.

then it would be an additional field in the ticket, not the reporters datarecord, right?

Access Management > Users > Manage custom attributes:

Once you are in that menu, click the New attribute button to create a new attribute:

After creating the attribute, you can edit it in users' profiles.
