Conditional field / Subform in Helpdesk online form function

Hi i just found out that conditional field is available. What about subform?(●'◡'●)

I'm glad to hear that you found the conditional field settings, which also apply to helpdesk forms. Regarding subforms, those are currently not supported. thx for your answer. I will create an issue about the subform later. Although i have another question about conditional fields in Helpdesk online form:

I have some conditional fields in my form, which are configured as mandatory (values cannot be empty). However, these fields should only be required when their conditions are met. Currently, it seems that all mandatory fields must be filled before the form can be submitted, regardless of whether their conditions are met.

This behavior doesn’t align with the logic of a typical helpdesk form. Ideally, if a condition for a field is not met, the user should still be able to submit the form without filling in that field, even if it’s configured as mandatory.

Plz correct me if im wrong. Thx in advance.

You are totally right. This is a bug and we have it reported in our public tracker: JT-82605 Conditional fields required to fill all "required" even the hidden one. Please feel free to vote for this issue. Your vote helps us measure how many customers encounter this problem and automatically subscribes you to updates. To do so, sign in to JetBrains YouTrack and click the thumbs-up icon. 

Here's also a partial workaround mentioned in the comments: 

For enum fields, setting the default value will solve the issue. However, there's no WA for other field types as there's no way to set the default value there
