Burnout Chart - Ideal Burndown

The burndown chart behavior can be influenced by several factors related to sprint and burndown settings. If the issue is that the starting point calculations don’t match expectations, you might need to adjust your sprint settings. I recommend checking the Start sprint configuration as described in the documentation. When a sprint starts, it takes a snapshot of the estimation values and uses them as the starting point.

If this doesn't resolve the issue or if something else seems off, could you share a few details? Having this information will help us better understand the situation:

• A screenshot of the chart, along with a brief description of what seems incorrect.
• A screenshot of the chart's settings.
• Are you using the Start sprint option? If so, are original estimation values provided?

Attached you will find a screenshot of our chart, 

We did start the sprint, and estimations are given for each card as well as time spent and other information. 

I have also included a screenshot of the chart settings. 

If needed, I can also attach a screenshot of one of our cards.

If your starting point is 0 and you use the Start sprint feature, then it means your original estimation values were 0 at the start of the sprint. You should review your settings under Card to ensure that the correct field is linked to the original estimation. Then check your cards to see if the linked original estimation field has a correct value. After that, you can start sprint. The starting point will be a sum of the original estimation values on the cards.

- Whether you're using the "Start sprint" and "original estimation" options
