Is rules execution order still undetermined?

I found two previous answers to my question, but the latest one is almost two years old:
I was just wondering — has anything changed since 2023, or is the execution order still undetermined? If it remains the same, are there any plans to make the order deterministic?

Yes, the execution order is still undetermined and there are no short-term plans to change it due to the underlying complexity of the task.
