YouTrack Workflow Not Triggering Comment on Field Change
Hi everyone,
I'm encountering a problem with a simple YouTrack workflow I've created using the workflow constructor, and I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot it.
Workflow Setup:
- Trigger: On-change 1
-
Condition: Field matches specified criteria
- Issue: Use the current issue
- Field: Status Bestellung
- Condition: is
- Value: GF Freigabe
-
Action: Add a comment
- Issue: Use the current issue
- Comment text: Hi @user, bitte freigeben
- Author: Use the current user
Problem:
The workflow is activated and assigned to my test project. When I change the "Status Bestellung" field to "GF Freigabe," I expect a comment to be added to the issue. However, no comment is added.
Any idea why and how to fix?
