Can an Agent create a help desk ticket
I'm an agent in my youtrack instance. I've assigned the Reporter role to me in my helpdesk project. But when I try to create a helpdesk ticket? I'm not in dropdown for reporter. And if I enter my email, it creates a new user with my email for the reporting.
Sometimes, I'd like to create my own ticket to track things or to do it for the user (like replacing a hard drive in a workstation).

Unfortunately, agents are not able to create tickets using the form at the moment. We have plans to implement this functionality in the context of this issue: JT-81444 Allow agents to create tickets via standard New issue form. However, I cannot provide you with any estimates.
