Disabling Auto-Notification for Helpdesk Tickets in YouTrack

Hello,

We are currently using the Helpdesk feature in YouTrack, which allows our customers to submit tickets via email. Whenever a customer submits a ticket, they automatically receive a confirmation email stating that the ticket has been created and that we will get back to them.

We would like to disable this automatic notification.

In the settings, it refers to a workflow with the ID emailChannelConfirmation. However, we are unable to locate this workflow or find any option to disable the notification.

Is it possible to disable this auto-reply? If so, could you please guide us through the process?

Currently, there isn't a way to disable automatic email notifications for Helpdesk tickets. However, we do have a feature request for this in our system: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-75212.
