Ticket creation sets the visibility to a team
Hi,
I have a question about the issue creation. Lets assume I have two projects: Project A and Project B. When I add a new ticket in Project A then the issue is visible to all its readers:

When I add another ticket in Project B then the visibility is limited to the Project Team

I have lot of projects and some behave like the Project A (mostly the old ones) and some behave like the Project B (mostly the new ones)
How can I disable the limitation? So all tickets will be visible to its readers?
I have compared the project workflows and I did not find any difference.

Hi! You should check the “Default visibility setting” in the general project settings of project B. It's likely set to the project team of project B, which is why this visibility option is pre-selected for all new issues. You can clear this setting if you want all new issues to be created as “Visible to issue readers”.
