Upgrading From youtrack 2023.3 to 2024.3

I Upgraded youtrack from vers 2023.3 to 2024.3, I'm starting it with systemd service, the service start succesfully and i can see 8080 port up but after a few seconds the port gets down and get this error in the log file:  

[YouTrack Error] [2025-09-11 14:27:50,835]  ERROR -                 bundle.startup - Error while starting JetBrains YouTrack 2024.3: Can not start servlet
context for the service youtrack

Hi Yennylora5. This is not a specific error, so we would need more details about your server setup and a full archive of the server logs to look into the startup issue you're experiencing. Please submit a ticket to us with an upload ID of the logs shared through our upload service.
