Excel export "Fontconfig" error when exporting from cloud

I am trying to export a selection of YouTrack issues. When I export to xlsx, the file is corrupted with the following message: 

{“error”:“bad_request”,“error_description”:“YouTrack is unable to export in XLSX format because one of the system libraries that supports this operation (Fontconfig) is unavailable”}

I am on YouTrack Cloud.
